Online Coaching

When I decided to offer online training I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t like the other online programs you may have seen. I offer you the individual support you need to succeed and the educational foundation for lifelong fitness.

There is so much information out there. Looking for accurate info on nutrition and exercise can be overwhelming. My online training program is designed to help you get in shape with as little hassle as possible.

I will personally evaluate your situation (fitness level, diet, condition, available time) and design a comprehensive program that will help you gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  I also personally track, monitor, and encourage you to be sure you succeed.

I want to make YOUR life better, I don’t want to make you live someone else’s life. I will personally work with you to make it happen.

How It Works

I offer personalized training programs with varying degrees of support. Each month you will be given your very own workout program. At least once a week I will check in with you via email to see how everything is going and if anything needs to be adjusted to ensure that you are getting results. I will also teach you how to make good food choices and arrange your schedule so you can optimize your life.

The Exercise Program

It all begins with a thorough assessment of your needs and goals. From there I create your custom program based on your goals, current fitness level, and the time and equipment you have available. After the first month, subsequent programs will be created based on the previous’ months progress.

You will have access to an extensive library of exercise videos that will talk you through and demonstrate all the exercises I assign. You will never have to worry about form or technique and you can access them from anywhere with internet access.

The Nutrition

For the programs with nutritional consulting, I will teach you how to eat what you want and still reaching your fitness goals. Any trainer can make you a diet plan, I want to teach you how to make the choices that will keep you in shape for the rest of your life.

The Lifestyle 

I’m not gonna lie…I love to eat and spend time with friends and family, I would never trade that for any fitness program. I don’t expect you to either. I will teach you how to arrange you training and nutrition so that you don’t have to miss out on any of the most valuable moments in life.

The Support

Everyone in my program is a part of my fitness coaching group where you can network with other fitness enthusiasts. Programs with one-on-one communication ranging from text messages to face to face video chats are available.

Who It’s For

My online training programs are only for highly motivated, and amazing clients who want to reach their goals and learn how to make fitness a part of their lives. The goal is to make you self-sufficient so you don't have to rely on a trainer for years to come.

I keep my client list small and select so I can give the utmost attention and time to their success. My programs are completely personalized, not a one size fits all model. I need to make sure that I’m the right coach before I take you on as a client.
